Agreement to Terms
By using our towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
Services We Provide
SureOnTime Hutchinson Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services in the Hutchinson, Kansas area. We offer emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific situation and location.
Your Responsibilities
When you request our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is legally owned or you have permission to have it towed. You must remove all valuable personal items from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle during transport or storage.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If your insurance covers towing, you are responsible for providing accurate insurance information. Any amount not covered by insurance is your responsibility to pay. Prices are estimates and may change based on actual distance, time, and difficulty of the service.
Liability and Vehicle Condition
We take great care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for damage that existed before we began service or damage caused by the inherent condition of your vehicle. You acknowledge that some vehicles may sustain minor cosmetic damage during towing due to their existing condition. We carry insurance as required by law, and any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. You must pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time. Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to Kansas state law. You are responsible for all towing and storage fees before your vehicle can be released.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service request, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover fuel and time. If our driver has already arrived at your location, the full service fee may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, lost wages, or rental car costs. Some states do not allow limitations on certain damages, so this may not apply to you.
Emergency Services
We make every effort to respond quickly to emergency calls, but response times may vary based on weather, traffic, distance, and the number of other calls we are handling. We do not guarantee specific arrival times and are not liable for delays.
